You can setup properties by using classes or customers.

The chain of title will also show that you bought the property which would negate any anonymity protections with the LLC (Wyoming LLCs).

Seems like BP offers good ones and you can always customize them to your liking.

FWIW, a CPA indicated single entity LLCs don't provide the same level of legal protection as multi-member LLCs provide.

You might want to add something like this to your future leases to protect yourself from whiny, crazy tenants  and their mold complaints:Any cost to remove mold that was reasonably caused by the tenant(s), or that was not reported promptly, will be charged to the tenants.
