If this is a stepping off point with a large part of your capital invested you might not want to play the long development game with it for a big payoff that might not happen or be a smaller payoff then you thought because of market changes in rents once complete, additional legal costs, etc.I have worked on projects assembling 25 acres for a 650,000 sq ft mixed use development with an after build value of 150 million dollars.
