Don’t buy into this new age crap philosophy about living like a bum on peanuts save everything then retire at 28 and continue to live like a poor loser .

Now in fairness many conservatives think they are smarter than liberals and that's a separate debate, but conservatism does not espouse the philosophies of physical eugenics.

No philosophy, just a fact.Some argue the recent recession was caused by excessive debt of all types at all levels.

I never recommend the book because it is a tough read, but he was smart and his philosophy has been proven over and over again over the decades.  

His philosophy goes beyond  personal finance, he makes living lean and being financially efficient a lifestyle.

Most of us take managing our properties very seriously you obviously prefer that your imaginary tenants operate your business.Time maybe you moved on to a tenant advocacy forum and leave us to operate our business properly without your input.For a guy whose philosophy is all about not being a charity , you seem to devote alot of time to giving out free advice on here. 

Basically you have to buy into the syndicators philosophy and how they set up deals.

We're talking about a problem that extended across 3 Presidencies of both parties and multiple leaderships of Congress....and we elected this philosophy to power for at least 15 years now.

If so, then you have very different philosophy and expectations for your investments.
