I don’t care about people’s credit history.

With a good credit we can get a loan (just have to find a good lender) and have money for downpayment.

and credit score of 750+, so I presume getting pre approved as a first time buyer would not be all that difficult.

Credit was 720 or 700.

I have never really understood why.I recently was speaking with yet another specialist who put it to me this way;  In Canada, companies are taxed the lowest and individuals the highest.
