Keep grinding!

Eli here, I'm excited to get familiar with the community and the awesome resources available here.Quick background, I am a finance and accounting professional looking to transcend the daily grind of a salaried job; or at least supplement my income to work towards financial independence.

Well, my doorKNOBs don't ring or chime, but my doorBELLs do :)But in all seriousness, there are chimes made that both ding and ding-dong - the single noise indicates the rear door bell was used, while the two noises indicate the front door bell was used.

I'm in it for the long haul (years/decades, until such time as I legitimately no longer want more money) and don't mind grinding a bit.

Do some networking on here and in person and you'll quickly get a feel for who's out there doing it.You hit the nail on the head when you said that "wholesaling may be a simple concept but not easy to do" - it can be a grind but a prosperous one if you stick with it.

I work in PE real estate and the recent noise in the equity markets, drop in commodities, the China story, and any other reason people can think of has added a lot of frothiness to investing in commercial real estate.

I'm looking for thoughts on whether to move forward and grind looking for a buyer over the next 2 weeks or simply walk away.

The only way they would find  out is if they get complains from Neighbors  too much noise  or parking issues etc...  

My future goals are to be done with the 9-5 grind within the next 10 years.
