This is counter-intuitive to my goal - slow and steady save to purchase our first investment property (with more to follow). 

Appreciation is the long term goal.

My main goal with the post as always was to promote confidence and offer some insight to those who many not see rates every day.One thing for certain as rates continue to drop there will be larger number of new buyers putting in bids.

My goal is to become an investor of multifamily properties.
