@Mason Gibbs no offense meant, and congratulations on diving in, but it seems like your position is a little thin if you're worried about holding costs. 

Honestly I am pretty left leaning liberal but didnt see anything offensive or overtly political here, and that comes from someone who has gotten in trouble here for being political. 

@Jane Istre How do the criminal background and eviction checks look?

I'm worried that it might be leaving out things, ie criminal and evictions (it's based off of checkr, if that means anything).Does anyone have any thoughts on this? 

I would probably see if the district attorney’s office would be willing to file any criminal charges as well.

If you are turned in or caught without this license it can be considered a federal offense (once again depending on the state).

I'd love to see the neighborhoods be brought back to life, rather than just expanding HOAs and subdivisions (no offense to those who live there in places like that, I would just like to see things get cleaned up rather than torn down.)
