I think this is why they wanted to attach the licensing requirement to these kinds of deals - to give them the broad leeway they want in saying what people can or cant do without having to write 4,000 laws.I don't know that this law as it's currently written will withstand the suits that are sure to come from investors asserting that the marketing of a contractual position to buy a property is not captured by the wholesaling definition (and I don't think that it is).

So, to follow up on this thread -  I found someone else in the forums that found a lender for a full construction VA loan using iMortgage and FGMC (I guess to do some kind of bridge loan) - used in combination.https://www.fgmcconstruction.com/www.imortgage.comThe problem we're having is that the guys at iMortgage are just not very responsive.

They kind of push it's more passive and no more dealing with property managers, tenants etc.

If not, look up real estate closing attorneys and ask their offices if they do those kind of closings.

This sounds like the kind of thing I enjoy brainstorming over.
