I do have a cc with a high balance but that's to easy to tell me that they would like that paid off.

Called the CC folks and the charge had cleared, called Quicken back and they said it wasn't refundable, so to heck with rights of recession.

I also looked into other means of HELOC and saw that many CC companies are now offering lines.

Interest rates are super high on credit cards.Are you paying with a credit card to get points or because you don't have the funds available to pay for the course.I would avoid adding funds to your CC that are not required.I would instead put those funds, if possible, into the downpayment of your purchase.Regarding deductibility, it may potentially be considered a start-up cost.

There are plenty of great areas in KLN, CC, & HH in which you can find a MFP.

Does anyone know the typical/avg vacancy rates in the Killeen, HH, CC area?
