In the 5 days we had between tenants, we repainted the whole thing, made a ton of fixes, cleaned, and presented it to them totally cleared out.

So I've redone three kitchens with stainless and granite, lots of new paint, carpet, and hardwood floors.

The crawl space is otherwise very clean and has a cement floor.

Guess I'm a bit nervous though given the unknowns regarding regulations, saturation, finding the right people to manage/clean etc in the Air Bnb market.  

A clean offer goes a long way.

Had charges for move in move out cleaning,, had where to put your trash, parking policy anything and everything.  

They gave me a free quote, showed up on time, did a good job and cleaned up before they left.
