I'm at a point in my life where the fast pace of UPS is starting to take a toll on my body.

It was clear that at the end the facilitator pitched 97.00 software that supposedly gives direct contact information for Asset Managers at Banks.I am curious because its been a while since I've been full throttle with RE and now at 62 I would like a slower pace..., however I don't want to get caught up with foolish sales  gimmicks that lead no where.

As you mentioned the property tax rate increases are not keeping pace with rents, most likely because no one is getting a 8-9% pay raise each year, the only thing increasing at that rate are home prices and property tax assessments.  

I try to only raise rents through attrition and/or to keep pace with an increase in taxes or insurance.

Loved the pace but was ready to try something new.
