What would be the best plan of attack to protect everyone's interest?

@Lauren Van RiperI Think people are reacting to the obvious way this tenant is manipulating you rather than attacking you personally.  

However, you DO avoid attacks from outside the trust property….like my example of the shopping center attack.

Hire a professional company that attacks it with 4 different methods.

Next time I will outsource, I hope I get the same result, I am attacking mobile homes.

Each of you get a part time job on the side and attack that debt faster. 

While there are deals on the MLS, they are much fewer and further between and it takes good timing, a bit of luck, and great negotiating skills to accomplish the feat.On the moderating end, this thread has gotten too far out of hand so cut the garbage posts and personal attacks people and stick to business.

They most likely already feel attacked as you are attempting to tell them their “opinion” is wrong... so tread lightly.
