Looking back saying "oh it was so easy back when, anyone could have..." yeah e-z to say that NOW, knowing the future, back then NOT knowing the future, no, it was NOT any easier, just as hard and scarry. 

Z started charging fees to brokers last year and some brokerages opt out.
