I hear the news, newspapers and some TV “experts” say a recession is at the horizon.  

Thought about reaching out to the newspaper.

Local Newspapers for current notices and PropertyRadar or Propstream for current or previous notices.

A Trustee Sale is scheduled and while the Trustee per State Statute had to publish in the past the NTS - Notice of Trustee Sale we would like to get  FAR MORE EXPOSURE to entice potential bidders to show up at the  upcoming Trustee Sale auction and BID.Q- Can we RUN or publish ADs in Craigs List, Next Door, , etc. or other online areas (open to suggestions) and also run some PAID for Ads in the local newspapers PROMOTING the  upcoming Trustee Sale so we can GET a LOT of interest in the property?

Hello- i was looking through for foreclosure notices on my county newspaper and found an old neighbor that was listed- i contacted him and turns out his mother passed away two years ago (they were both on the loan).

I Googled to get some dates for when major floods were in Tulsa, and then I went down to the library and looked at the newspaper archives for those dates.
