I am glad to hear you are doing so well with the probates but please enlighten us on the process and you go about getting the deals done so that some of us can experience your success with them.

They are not really successful collecting on unpaid rent though, I maybe get 5% of unpaid rents.

I am 100% new at real estate & would love to learn from all your successes.

In this scenario I personally as the PM would probably opt to not apply it towards the late fees since we didn't collect the rent, even if our PMA said we could, because I understand that sending an outstanding balance to collections has a low likelihood of success. 

Has anyone seen any success in this shipping container trend?

And finally they want success in real estate investing skipping the necessary years of experience, capital accumulation and mastering  lessons regarding real estate principles, law, and finance, by paying a “mentor” (guru) for a 3 day workshop and continual “mentoring”.

I have had some success going through someone named Kim Butler in my local OKC market, and she is usually able to shop multiple insurance companies when I run into a more unique scenario such as multi-unit properties.
