There really isn't a middle ground for blinds because all of a sudden you're looking at $30 for a similar sized pair that likely hold up but tenants are not known for cleaning blinds at all so I expect those to look dirty and they are a pain to clean.

I do have a property manager in place, however, I want another pair of eyes.   

Treat it like a pair of shoes; Try it on, test it out for a while, and if it makes you happy, go get another.

I agree that Maintenance is tricky and would need to be paired with a nationally established vendor system for credible business referrals. 

You would want to pair this with a regular newsletter that provides tips for finding leads, market information in the target areas, and establishes you as the go to for the area.
