How much to pay for another pair of eyes?
Hello,
I own a small multifamily building and live overseas. I want to pay a trusted person to visit the property and provide me with insights regarding the property's condition and management. I do have a property manager in place, however, I want another pair of eyes.
How much do you think I should pay the person for his visit and insights? What will be considered a reasonable fee? This person lives close to my property.
Thanks!
