Turnover is higher, repairs are higher, but I also find tons of deals on properties because most people can't seem to handle them.By going into it with the expectation of higher turnover, repairs and what not I feel like I've been able to formulate a workable strategy on the properties to continue to be profitable.

I did learn a lot from, and still do, the non-pay methods, but the best came from the ones I paid/pay for.Also, just jumping in doesn't teach you anything but what not to do.
