@Anthony Gayden, there are some Blue collar investors on here, it would take possibly looking at each profile or reaching out to people to find out, a lot of people do not put their profession along with the picture on the forums, I do not know if you are Blue collar where as mine and @Paulo Bermudez mention what we do, so it's hard to know what most people do, if they work, the thing is most of the advice here is from investors that are trying to do what they can while learning and helping others along the way and it is always good to get advice from people that look at things differently.

I'm not married, but will be in the next year to a college professor who had no debt and no savings, (although will be saving about 1,000/mo going forward now that his student loans are paid off).

Not exactly sure how we compare with other areas in Illinois or even out-of-state but enrollment here is continuing to increase and those students need someplace to live, especially the internationals that are just dishing out money like crazy!
