Also point out that the lease states that the deposit is due at signing...or if you have a lot of interest, simply tell them it has been 24 hours and as the deposit is due at signing and hasn't been received, the lease is voided.

100% agree that if/when Dodd becomes more attractive to foot traffic, it will be a big win for the surrounding area.  

Even if you win in court you still have to get paid from these great class citizens that allow others to live in your place of ownership after they vacant.I can  only imagine the trash and junk they will leave and damage!!
