Personally, I think the Class A apartment segment is over built and there is a huge inventory under construction which says to me there is pain on the horizon.

That's a pretty good segment, lots of people look at moving to a small house as an alternative to apartment living.

I would suggest taking it to the local news channel for a "compassion" segment.

And its a very large segment of the non owner occ market in many mid west and ( upper and lower) and deep south cities... were you have a very large % of SFR';s that are rentals.
