Typically an inspector would not test the A/C system if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees which could be the case in Feb/Mar in Utah.

He's a former Marine as am I and I truly do believe he knows so much and can definitely help you with anything you may need.

Now about me, I just separated from the United States Marine Corps June 2017 and I am currently working as an HVAC Technician.

As far as Boot Camp goes, well, as a former US Marine that word makes me clench my teeth and have nightmares ... hahaha.

Being an old Army Officer (yes, Brain was a Marine and I out rank him, LOL) I put things in play with a military tone.

Legit sellers use this feature too; some people are legitimately worried that if they list an Xbox/TV/car/whatever for sale, and use their real email address, that a bad guy will Google the email address, figure out where they live, and go there to steal the item.One other thing I've heard of, just from people looking to rent an apartment in my local area: there is a species of Craigslist rental ads that has generic-sounding apartment ads (no address or pictures) for attractive rents.
