hey @Trevor Baker I'm in Santa Barbara County where we have quite a few growers and the cities are finally starting to lay down their legislation. 

There are a few little things which don't match, like the add info about new piece of legislation and do not update the old piece, but you pick up these little errors easily. 

I heard some of this on the news today that Reid is proposing the legislation be altered so states can "opt out" of the federal public option.

Marc Bodinger im going to have to look more into that legislation.

The banks are regulated even more after the last bit of legislation in January.

You can't charge for either (or deny based on) but if legislation changes that you will know how to proceed.

In Cheyenne we get a lot of long stay guests in the form of  physical therapy and dental students doing practicals for a couple months, people in town for the legislative sessions, retired hockey team parents and military transfers arriving before their family's. 

The Jim Brooks Act's demand that all legal notices regarding eviction or rent increases be sent to the city in no way stands up to this test of privacy rights.BUT LEGISLATORS DO NOT CARE A WHOLE LOT ABOUT LEGALITIES.

After your initial grumblings, realize that this is yet ANOTHER reason (of many) to invest in real estate...the tax advantages are numerous and give RE investors a big advantage compared to those focused on other asset classes (pending any legislation changes).
