This is a problem as when the winter came we had to keep the heat at a minimum temperature at all time to prevent the pipe from freezing.

Ryan Richard FIND a title company and they will structure it the way you want it. also that could be you next post. there is a lot off topics about that.I have a brain freeze but owner finance might not even show on your credit report and that might be a plus. the good fellas off bigger pockets could correct if im wrong.

I had the same thing happen when applying for a mortgage.On mine it did report the other number, and put freezes on getting reports from one of the bureau's.
