That said, you should still visit with your agent directly about your specific policy in hopes that they're aware of some loopholes or coverage enhancements within your policy that may respond on your behalf.  

Typically we do not see any direct tax advantages of putting a rental into an LLC.

There’s likely a carrier that’s most aggressive in the city where your 4 unit is located and comparing your premium to that of similar properties  nearby will be the most accurate assessment and point you in the direction of the most aggressive carrier.

Will say that on some posts it might be a good idea to reach out to someone directly if they are asking to make connections to realtors.

So unfortunately, as you scale, finding creative solutions like my colleagues above have suggested will be the name of the game. 

If they indicate they will leave a positive review, the survey will direct them to the proper OTA to leave that positive review.If they indicate they will leave less than a 5-star review, trigger an email to the host/assistant for immediate follow-up.
