Specifically, thanks to my love for personally doing the glamping experience I’ve been thinking about geodesic domes and bell tents.  

And we found a great pre-finished lumber supplier for the siding and the tongue and groove that is saving us 10 to 15k a cabin depending on the size (and producing far better quality results in the finishes).It doesn't sound like much when you're looking at 300k to 500k builds.  

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

I guess I was thinking the cost would just be 10% regardless of property, but it sounds like you’re saying you actually have to save an even higher percentage if the property rents for less because the amount wouldn’t cover the appliances or other cap ex expenses.  

Tax sales sound great but in FLA its tax certs which are a business unto themselves the tax sales are better mainly land though.. we have done pretty good with land only in FLA.

Sounds like there's no real way to know for sure.

The 5 major points they’re focusing on — affordability, uniqueness, videos, discoverability, and marketing — sound like they’re trying to create a more seamless integration with the main platform, but the question is: will it truly add value for hosts?

Multis also seem like the best route to me, it just sounds like an overly ambitious first step to my wife.
