If you need to come back and move back in, you'll need to time that to align with the school year.

I see that the door is not aligned with the frame and this could be a foundation issue or it could be one of the other problems I mentioned.If this is a potential purchase for a flip, I would give different advice from above.

The other (*Wink wink) doesn't allow direct sales from their presenters.Again you should get out and attend as many as you can, to see which you like, which one has the people that best align with your goals, etc.

(b) There is that person, who came in sharp, and have maintained that edge by getting the job done, at the same time; paying attention to personal development - by aligning himself with people who can challenge him to aspire for more.

You might be waiting for a long time before all the stars align to make something perfect with low prices, low interest rates, path of progress, etc etc.

If you do go the paid route, just make sure it's not some guru who's claiming to know everything and have a secret sauce, make sure it's someone who's actually also an active investor and who's values align with your own.Hope this helps! 

I found this to be the most difficult part of the process since it felt to me that the costs in California don't really align to the books I've read.
