Any suggestions if there is anything like this online or if I can create through a software (even an excel sheet)?

Hi everyone,I'm new to the forums and have been looking around and I can't seem to find any discussions about the best property management software for vacation rental owners to use.

Any tips, ideas, info, or management software you guys could suggest?

In the event you sell, all of the accumulated passive losses will get written off in order to lower your overall tax scenario.If you use the same tax preparer (or the better self prep software packages), those passive losses should get "saved" every year and then will be available to use when applicable.

I still miss the HP software for scans, but screw them and their overpriced junk these days!

I also strongly recommend using a good software system out of the gates and make sure your accounting is on point.  

Seems to me that you need some Ad Blocking software.  

If you look up AXA it sounds more like a insurance company then a investment company, agents rent a office space from AXA and buy a computer and software from them. 

I am looking for a software that is going to help us as we move forward.
