These toilets date back from before the government started to limit tank sizes as a general conservation method and to force innovation in flushing technology.Sometimes, those high-flow toilets are still remarkably useful for easily solving problems in plumbing systems with certain chronic plumbing problems.

I am not trying to be pushy, but what we are getting is real, so maybe there is something in the form of a case study between land lording the same way for the past 20 years and being innovative and changing with the times.
