As for your Post Office jobs, those aren't that easy to get as you imagine and you usually start out as a part time worker, often a rural driver working one day a week and on call the rest of the time.

This is another reason that I feel in my gut(which could be wrong, yes) that having more time could help me figure things out, I've never valued every minute of the day as much as I do now.

I just spent the entire day as soon as I woke up at 8am till now (12:45am) inhaling everything I could find about TK investing. 

It sounds like you are not even willing to sacrifice one day a month to attend a real estate meeting.

At the end of the day a possible investment you have to analyze how much RISK there is to your capital and how HARD you will have to work to get the anticipated return.Here you have a massive amount of repairs and risk so the price and higher returns have to be there to make it worthwhile.
