It is inequitable that society accepts the U.S. government's use of incentives to recruit and advertise, YET not an individual's  right to evaluate those incentive and use them to guide their decision.

Baloney.   401K's invested in Wall Street assets are the greatest means of wealth accumulation for the vast majority of Americans who become millionaires. 

Community Support - The Fire Department and American Red Cross will be able to provide you and your tenant with information and resources to help you through this crisis.

Glad no Americans bought at the top or we might have had a financial crisis in America. 

Such is the case of many in our consumer driven society.

The historic society will basically give it to us to rebuild, but we MUST keep the front part as is because it is a "historic building". 

I’d look into what that means as far what hoops you’ll have to jump through to get approval, as you may be looking at considerable additional expense because the hysterical society may force you into a major restoration instead of just doing what makes the most sense for your business.

The idea that Landlords are racist, sexist, anti-gay, or whatever is a figment of a liberal's imagination.One thing is for sure: our society is slowly sliding down the path of socialist/communist ideology where hard work and success will be punished or stolen.
