My wife and I were presented a property by our REA and could really use some professional advice about the options for us to acquire the property, here's the skinny:We want to open a wedding/event venue.

@Paul Sorgi The showing was limited to Sat. and Wed. and I was out of the state all weekend so I have a showing Wednesday at 5:30.

When I first discussed that I wanted to start investing in real estate or anything for that matter, she remembered our wedding vows - "For Better Or Worse, Richer or Poorer, etc. and realized that she vowed to have my back no matter what I'm investing in and I have her back as well.

It meets monthly on the second Wed.

The upside to this is that if someone calls you back and leaves a message for you on Mon-Wed, you have until Friday to call them back before the weekend.

I am in sales and I travel 6-8 days a month on average I.E: Tues-Thurs or Wed-Fri, the days I don't travel I'm in office 9-6.

Bought our house with my husband (also an engineer) 1 month before our wedding, then bought our first rental (triplex) a couple years later, then a fourplex in AZ the next year, then another fourplex in AZ last year.

there are cultured folks that will appreciate your effortsI have put more into my units I havent broken the bank I have brought many items from amazon and many from lowes I have found second hand items from craigs listbut ultimately the place looks fabulous for the neighborhood the wife commented that the apartment was the best she has ever seen in Atlantanow I know my unit is not the best in atlanta but it is probably the best she has seen personally and that is good enough for me.My bet is that these newly weds who want to get into a rent to own situation are a upward moving couple who will care for my stuff they are both sharp and are real thinkers.what more can you want .

But either way, I feel ahead of the game in that respect and I hope that I'll be able to learn from him as we hopefully proceed on some deals together.Capitol is low right now as every bit of savings I have is going toward my wedding next year, hence the question about the bandit signs.Thanks for any help,Brandon Gilbreath

He started buying up mom and Pop Q I s all around the country then would raid their trust accounts.. and basically had a massive Ponzi going.. buying yatchts  Jets.. 1 million dollar wedding to the 25 YO hot Brazilain he married  and this guy was 50 and not HOT.. lol  you get the drift.. its a great episode..
