If I'm looking at a deal in a part of town I'm not familiar with, I check out the MLS comps to see if the buy/sell numbers make sense, and then just ask around until I find someone familiar with the area who can tell me how many times my AC unit will be stolen before I sell it, and adjust my rehab budget accordingly. :)

It's a joke currency that can be easily hacked and stolen from your Bitcoin wallets ( many have lost millions due to that alone ) Now, you have your answer why I never invested in bitcoin and probably never will on a realistic level, sure there are people that believe Bitcoin will reach $100,000 per coin or more, those people are delusional.
