Not "SEO".

As far as marketing for motivated sellers, SEO seems to be the biggest craze today amongst wholesalers.

Write good content, study SEO and implement the strategy.

I've been reading about lead generating websites and SEO and PPC campaigns.

Wholesaling doesn't age discriminate.Bingo.Somebody used the plant-grow-harvest analogy, and it reminded me of Carrot, the website guys out in OR.Go ahead and get a name, get a website, and get started doing SEO. 

I personally have come to focus my attention on online solutions (SEO, website, online lead lists, etc.), since attracting, speed, costs, ease of use, leveragability, reach and time are big factors in this endeavor.Also, as a beginner, calling motivated or distressed owners teaches you the most about everything in life and business - about people and their needs and fears.

.- driving for dollars, craigslist, direct mail, SEO, pay-per-click, wholesalers, networking, etc.  

With Carrot we focus on better SEO optimization (Google "sell my house fast [insert any city]" and count how many Carrot sites are on page 1 vs. other types of sites).
