Now if your looking for a solid 10% net return and are willing to spend between 100k-150K in Baltimore City, you can still find places in upper fells point, patterson park, and highland town and do market rents, but if your buying for 50K, your most likely renting to HVC voucher holder, which is where the risk goes way up, but so do the returns.
