John Basalyga is really pumping out some luxury apartments in the downtown area.

When the whole covid shutdown occurred, I dropped out of college to help my father's service business maintaining and remodeling residential and commercial buildings.

I'll have to check it out!

We all know one of the advantages of investing in real estate is the tax benefits.

I'm entertaining hiring Egyptians because many of my colleagues have had great experience using them recently, but I've managed hundreds of VAs over my 10 years of investing with the majority of them being from the Philippines.Having a hiring process will determine the quality of applicants you receive. 

There are a lot of poor operators out there but there's also a lot of good ones.
