Good Morning BPRecently, I halted my first multi property investment in fear of the uncertainty brought on by the virus.

It is the similar fear happening on rents. 

I failed the first time around and quit because I was weak and fearful.

By doing so, you have put the breaks on your entire business because of a fear of failure.

@Jay Hinrichs foreclosures may be a while but if this goes on for a while I think liquidity will be the issue for most.As Warren Buffet said: “Be fearful when others are greedy and be greedy only when others are fearful”.

Two out of three ain't bad.I say keep your powder dry, stay alert, and don't make any hasty or rash decisions out of fear of an unknown future.Good luck, stay safe and healthy. 

That way, you can pay for the appraisal before hand without fear.

While in a normal situation we would say "just get it listed and find another tenant" I fear this pandemic may have long lasting effects on small and medium size businesses and their likelihood of starting another one which will translate into more and longer commercial vacancies.Residential --we all need a place to live and when the "rubber hits the road" we will choose to pay our rent/house payment before we worry about our place of business.

I believe it should be illegal, if it’s not already and I’m just unaware, but especially believe it takes advantage of people in an already fear-filled situation.

If we get that far out, I fear we are all in serious trouble.
