The Coachella Valley has Larry Ellison's Indian Wells Tennis tournament, 300 days per year of sunshine and the biggest music festival in the WORLD, 3 weeks in April and 2 weeks in October.

You can target something as specific as: 32 year-old female dog-lovers with 3 lines of credit, who work from home, enjoy country music, travel often, are currently shopping for a Toyota, and have teenage children.

 I made a little bit of money in the music business (after too many years of trying).  

June and July vacant for 2 months. they start looking in August. other tenants downstair/upstair complained loud music dancing around holiday season. the biggest headache was the bathroom. the drain backed up and my contractor found like hair ball down the drain.

What I believe will happen is closer to musical chairs than a huge wave of vacancies.

Peak hour traffic aside, the views of rolling fog over the mountain while driving a nice car with great music for company is still an incredible feeling.

About me: - Graduated with a degree in Engineering Physics with an emphasis in Mechanical Systems from Murray State University- Graduated college and moved to Cincinnati area in summer of 2017- I work as a design engineer at a large medical device company- Hobbies: Building things/tinkering, playing music (classical guitar and regular guitar, cello, bass, etc.), building and flying remote control aircraft, kayaking, fishing, hiking, being outside in general. 

Should all of these "companies" be under one corporation with a doing business as for each so they aren't say Darrell Essex Inc but more like wholesaling is awesome, rehabbing is awesome, music is the greatest etc, or should I have a corporation for wholesaling is awesome, rehabbing is awesome, and music is the greatest?
