I can guarantee you that victims in some areas report less often and that police in some areas have less time to actually document the crimes.Somewhat related, I know someone who was beaten with a baseball bat in Chicago.

I played Division 1 Baseball at Prairie View A&M and my senior year we traveled to Lubbock for a series with Texas Tech (arguably the best team in college baseball that year) and they let us have it that year.

I am currently a College Baseball player for Indiana University and will be graduating this spring.

But, they have a baseball stadium and an Ikea, so that's pretty cool.
