Via email, I asked him for the status of the mortgage denial letter, and he said he had requested one and would pass it on as soon as he received it.I told my attorney I would be receiving the denial letter, and after he spoke with the seller's attorney he informed me that the contract would be terminated upon receiving the mortgage denial letter and that it was not necessary to go thru with the inspection.Monday 12/19, my attorney and realtor are pressing for the mortgage denial letter.

Pay off your credit card debt because even if you used that money instead on purchasing another deal, you will be very hard-pressed to find a rate of return equal to or better than the interest rates of a credit card company.Beyond that I believe that this life is an excellent time to practice patience and forbearance and balance.
