I'm not on the doomsday side of things but I do believe in respecting the planet and planning ahead.

The Indy market is very active and we have buyers from all over the planet here in our back yard grabbing everything they can.  

One reason I am very driven to aggressively build a portfolio of properties is because my wife and I will have to travel a lot due to having families on separate sides of the planet.

The Mazda will remain my daily driver once the renovation is complete in a few weeks and the truck will be my weekend and service vehicle when we all ride together.The cost per mile is even better with a Ford Flex as a single vehicle (most rear legroom of any vehicle on the planet) but i still won't have solved the pickup truck issue.
