My name is Brian and I am new to bigger pockets. I New Mexico born and bread, but have lived in Arizona (Mostly Flag, also PHX) for a number of years. The last few years I have been out of the country and am currently based out of Sydney, Australia. My wife and I are headed back stateside soon, first to Ruidoso, NM and then likely moving up to the Denver area from there.

I currently own one SFR rental property in Flagstaff, AZ and am now looking to leverage my 100% equity in my one rental to start aggressively building a rental property portfolio. Looking forward to being a part of the community here.
