June 26 I moved my vacuum, and the whole wall had fallen in due to moisture standing water under the crawlspace which obviously this explains the smell because it was standing water from the time I started living there all the way up to the time that he started fixing, it which was around the middle of July.

Once the walls are 'broken down' a slew of issues (i.e. plumbings & electric issues, moisture, structural damage, etc) can arise that will affect the estimate.I would use $175/sq. ft. to calculate your estimates.

@Nam TrangThe inspectorI don’t think there is a negative to removing it.If you are doing a long term rental, it will drop leaves on gutters and roof retaining moisture, causing mildew, and clogs, eventually riots will become and issue, although with a crawl space foundation, that’s probably easier to live with/work with.If you are doing a flip, it looks awful and future owner will be worried about the above.
