Once the walls are 'broken down' a slew of issues (i.e. plumbings & electric issues, moisture, structural damage, etc) can arise that will affect the estimate.I would use $175/sq. ft. to calculate your estimates.

If there is moisture, we simply put in a sump pump/ dehumidify and the glass block window with the vent.

Hello,How would you all handle repairs to foundation and remediation of moisture issues in crawlspace when shared with an adjoining quadplex?

We have had good luck with high-end thrift stores, or low-end antiques stores...Gently used solid wood furniture is best.

Cimex is harmless micro silica that sucks up moisture (it is used to keep electronics and beef jerky from getting damp and moldy). 

@Nam TrangThe inspectorI don’t think there is a negative to removing it.If you are doing a long term rental, it will drop leaves on gutters and roof retaining moisture, causing mildew, and clogs, eventually riots will become and issue, although with a crawl space foundation, that’s probably easier to live with/work with.If you are doing a flip, it looks awful and future owner will be worried about the above.
