I have been a Realtor for 27 years and still learning something new everyday. 

I look forward to becoming an active participant on BiggerPockets and learning every day, making new friends, and building a portfolio of RE investments that will bring cash flow and more security for myself and my daughter in the future. 

I used to read over 10 different recommendation lists everyday, but I've been buying only off market properties for the past four years so I don't pay much attention to the MLS lists any more.    

I'm relatively new to REI myself and learning more everyday.

There are success stories everyday.

It simply states that for every day before the finish date the contractor quoted me, they get an extra $100.

Not sales anymore but it was fun dressing up everyday and challenging myself. 

I definitely plan on reading both of J Scotts books before I start a flip and I'm also lucky enough to have job where I can listen to the podcasts every day.

I've learned a lot and continue to learn everyday and excited I've learned a i've learned a lot and now beginning to venture on my own
