Account Closed if it's major damage then explain this to your nest guest, refund them their payment if already taken and charge prior guest for the lost income during the down time on top of the repair.

I will tell you to only invest in a syndication if:1) You personally understand the business the syndicate is engaged in well enough to run the project yourself,2) You have access to enough information that YOU could step into the deal and start running it, and 3) Your investment is less than 10% of your nest egg.IDK about 1 and 2 in this case.

I may change my mind down the road, but for now my goal is to have enough supplemental income to cover a mortgage payment so I can essentially be living for "free" (having a tenant cover my mortgage payment).I've been renting for several years and am now ready to use my nest egg on a downpayment to buy a home.
