AFTER WORKING WITH ONE OF THE TENANTS ON A CITY PROGRAM "CALIFORNIA COVID19 RENT RELIEF" A TENANT HAS NOT PAID FOR 4 MONTHS AND THE PROGRAM HAS NOT PAID FOR LAST 4 MONTHS AFTER PAYING FOR 1 MONTH ONLY.

Mortgage rates are expected to ease in 2024, potentially reaching 6.5% (30-year conventional) by year-end, providing relief for homebuyers.

What a relief...

I have been looking at duplexes lately they allow one to boost their yields provide relief during vacancies.  

During all this I have one incoming call after another hopefully going to voice mail, including our underwriters who urgently need my input regarding my $15 million deal that's meant to close at 4pm and I'm multitasking by writing on Bigger Pockets for stress relief (guess what type of call I'm on now?) 

I think the winter time is when I am hoping for some price relief. 

That makes much more sense and is a relief lol.

It's a relief to be free of mortgage payments, but emptying your savings for that can put you in a tight spot.

For example, if you can show the debt was paid off and the lender simply failed to record a release or if you can show a statute of limitations has barred the enforcement of the debt as a lien on the property would be a basis for the suit but simply asking the court for relief because you didn't know the prior mtg was there when you bought the property and you can't sell or borrow against the property probably will not be sufficient to get the court to quiet the title and a good attorney probably wouldn't waste your money filing the suit.

That was very helpful and a big relief.
