Tried to complete a SS on a home, it was denied.  

I'd like to avoid this situation, because I know it will lead to nothing but problems.So, what justification do I have to deny a tenant's request for a roommate, other than "because I said so"?

we are now into february and now just received an email from a totally different person that says we are now denied!!

I am not countering or denying anyone else's comments, but letting them know that I have looked into what is being said or suggested and the applicable info or results.
