From just driving around Largo & Clearwater it seems there are tons of great pockets of cute, affordable family oriented neighborhoods, and then with one wrong turn you are in a not so safe area. 

We actually end up paying less to lease my Audi Q5 than it costs to own my wifes VW Jetta when factoring tax savings and maintenance savings. ( All my maintenance is included in my lease)a cute movie that reflects this is Tin Man with Danny devitto  they are 50s siding salesmen.. and the front of the office is one caddilac after the other lined up.when I grew up in my dads land sales business the ride of the day.. was a Jeep Wagoneer with the faux wood paneling.. but now a days you can buy a nice new Mercedes small one for under 40k.. 

I hate business cards with small print, on a cute background that blends in with the words...Name/Entity, email, phone number, and what you do...

Neighbors love me, I rehabbed a pair of run down beach cottages into really cute places, with yards that are low water and look amazing. 

Bought the graphics cards for ~350 each and resold them for a small profit when we graduated.

came in with 0 animals... they now have 4 dogs.. absolutely charge the fees, it forces people to think about the responsibility and cost over cuteness/fun.

I also really like painted floors a couple rugs and a painted border.... all sorts of fun stuff .. it might even be cute.  

I initially like #2 the best, but the size threw me back...I am sure I can decrease the size of the graphic to make it look better, though.I like the gear aspect of the light bulb logo, but not so much the light bulb in it.

Cute and novel, but (as a former hotelier) the nightly rates seem high for all but July/August, perhaps.
