I know there are countless ways of doing this on a computer, but I was wondering if there is a smartphone app that would make it easy to log things like when i pay cash, or use a credit card, and get them into Excel easily.    

Because after countless hours trying to get properties under contract for LESS than what their end-buyers would pay, they realized that all they have achieved for their trouble is: an empty bank account!

I have been listening to countless hours of BP podcasts (thanks guys, the information is absolutely amazing on those), and reading various blog posts.

I was in your exact place about 10 years ago and I have helped countless other young ambitious people do the same thing as well.

Hello everyone.I read countless of posts and articles online about investing in real estate, but I can't find anything that is related to my current situation.

My vernacular is lacking:Whether or not it has to do with "zoning", I meant to just see if you can split the lot into different residential lots and sell them undeveloped individually.Personally I'm unsure exactly how that process works, but I'm sure there are countless individuals on BP that could explain it.
