I know there are countless ways of doing this on a computer, but I was wondering if there is a smartphone app that would make it easy to log things like when i pay cash, or use a credit card, and get them into Excel easily.

My vernacular is lacking:Whether or not it has to do with "zoning", I meant to just see if you can split the lot into different residential lots and sell them undeveloped individually.Personally I'm unsure exactly how that process works, but I'm sure there are countless individuals on BP that could explain it.
