So if I hire out do clothe contractors usually let other people help?

I'm sure you don't like paying retail (full price) for your clothing, so why would you pay full retail for something like a HOUSE?

I believe if someone is  the type (and most people are) that once you attain money, you buy things, nicer house, nicer clothes, nicer car....and people see this, they will hit you up for money.  

My iphone, other electronics, cosmetics and some clothing were damaged beyond repair.I informed my landlord of the damaged items the next day and he brushed it off.

Buying real estate is like buying clothes...Sometimes expensive, sometimes cheap.

They will smoke indoor or bring the smoke smell into the unit on their clothing and other things.  

I don't use berber because if they drip dry clothes or such on berber...it stains (even if there's no pet) and will clean up, but when it dries the original stains will ALWAYS be there.

That's everything, housing, food, clothing, transportation.

Painting is an easy fix, put on the old clothes an get busy.

But recently I found out afterwards that the drain line to the clothes washer has been clogged.
